Continuous Monorail Machine

The Continuous Monorail Machine is designed for high production and 360 degree shot blasting of job. The job is loaded on specially designed fixtures (hanger) which is attached to over head loop. The hanger moves with the help of motor, line speed of monorail can be customized according to production and finish require. The job enters the blasting chamber and the hanger starts rotating in clock wise and anti clock wise direction. The abrasive wheel are kept at left side of the chambers (no of wheel depends on production required and size of the job) which throws shot with the help of centrifugal energy. After the blasting cycle get complete, automatically doors get open and hanger comes out of the chamber from other end. And second hanger get in to the chamber, these cycle is repeated. The advantage of these machines is while one hanger gets blasted in blasting chamber; person can load and unload from other hanger.

The operation of the machine is completely automated. Once the Blasting switch is selected, shots will be fed automatically in blasting wheels.

The separation systems continuously segregate usable shots from dust, and other particles, unusable shots & debris. The usable shots are transferred in to the storage hopper for recirculation purpose. The abrasive from the storage hopper are transferred into the blast wheel unit through soundabrator valve to muffle the noise. Dust collector system is also provided which suck dust from the blasting chamber, elevator, and separator.
